Recreation ~ Biking and Jogging ~ Echo Lake Circle

This 5.7 mile loop will lead you down a British colonial military road, past an old, hidden cemetary and near the beach at Camp Plymouth State Park. The Echo Lake Circle is the shortest route around the lakes, bringing you entirely around both Amherst and Echo and back to Hawk.

Directions

Depart from Hawk on Billings Road toward the Hawk Stables
0.6 miles, bear left onto Scout Camp Road
Pass Meadow Hawk Road on left
2.0 miles, pass cemetary, pass Camp Plymouth State Park
2.6 miles, turn right onto Kingdom Road
3.0 miles, pass white house overlooking Echo Lake
3.3 miles, turn right onto Route 100 at Echo Lake Inn
4.0 miles, pass Boat Ramp on Echo Lake
5.0 miles, pass Scout Camp Road
5.7 miles, turn left onto Billings Road at Hawk
