Rentals include:

• Basic phone and cable service; long distance service is accessed through renter’s calling card.
• Weekly linen change; cleaning is upon request and billed to the renter.
• Use of pool, spa, and exercise facilities.
• Discounts on recreation equipment rentals.
• Charging privileges at Hawk gift shop and River Tavern restaurant.
• Snow and rubbish removal.
• Firewood delivery (1 cord for 3-6 month rentals).
• Monthly billing of charges.

Linen Change:

• Check each house Wednesday or Thursday
• Fresh sheets on beds
• Fresh towels
• Replenish all supplies and amenities
• Empty all trash

++All seasonal rentals are subject to a $1000.00 security deposit and appropriate utility deposit. The electric and heat is the responsibility of the renter and will be included on the monthly and final billing statements.
Final cleaning of the unit will be done by Hawk housekeeping at the renter’s expense.
