Is breakfast included?
Yes in the Inn, it is not included if you are staying in the homes or condominiums.
What is your pet policy?
No pets allowed.
We do, however, recommend Cavendish Canine Camp in ProctorsVille, Vermont, for dogs. More information, go to www.cavendishcaninecamp.com or call (802) 226-PAWS.
What is your smoking policy?
100% non smoking.
What is the difference between a Ledges villa and a Mountain villa?
The Ledge villas are part of the condominium association and consist of clusters of townhouses and condominiums, not more than 5 units in a cluster. The Mountain villas consist of private individual homes normally set on an acre.
Are the homes and condos within walking distance of the amenities?
A few are within walking distance; check with your reservationists if this option is available.
Do you need a four wheel drive vehicle?
In the winter you will need a four wheel drive car on occasion.
Do you provide shuttle service?
We provide complimentary shuttle within the resort and to Okemo Mountain during the winter months. There is a charge for any additional destinations. We recommend advance notice of shuttle request.
Are the villas and condos fully equipped?
All villas and condos come with complete kitchens, all linens and supplies, washer/dryers and outside grills.
Is maid service included?
Yes, in the Inn there is a daily maid service. In the Villas and condos it is available at an additional charge and advance request.
Are the amenities included?
Indoor/outdoor heated pool, exercise room, sauna, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, archery, tennis, basketball, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, surf bikes, x-cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating and snowshoeing. There are lessons available for x-country skiing and fly fishing at an additional cost.
What are check in/out times?
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. We will allow people to check in early if the unit is ready and we will allow people to check out later if we can accommodate the request.
What are your deposit policies?
We require 50% of your stay at the time of reservation and the remainder upon departure. This does not apply to Christmas/New Year, when that policy is 50% at the time of reservation and the remainder by Nov 1st.
What is your cancellation policy?
With 14 days in advance we refund 90% and retain 10% for a handling fee. Less than 14 days notice the deposit can be held toward a future stay within one year, excluding holidays.
What is the telephone policy?
All local calls are free; any long distance calls need a calling card.
